What are I-MEET/CEES Projects?

The I-MEET/CEES projects aim to measure users’ satisfaction with the provision of electronic government services (e-service). I-MEET ( http://i-meet-egov.net/IMEETHome.html) is a funded research project by Qatar National Research Fund (QNRF) whereas CEES (http://www.iapp-cees.eu/) is funded under the European Commission FP7 program.

Why do we request your participation?

You are asked to participate in this online survey because you have used the e-service and can express your opinion on how to improve the service. The collected data from four different countries in Qatar, Lebanon, and Turkey and the United Kingdom will be analyzed to develop further improvement to the e-service provision and to establish national and international best practice index measures.

What is about the survey?

The completion of the survey is voluntary. It will take 10 to 15 minutes of your time to complete it, so please answer each question to the best of your ability. The information you provide will be treated with the strictest confidence.

    The survey consists of two parts:
  • ·Part one which contains 49 questions on your actual experience and 8 questions on your general opinion.
  • ·Part two which contains boxes to tick in order to collect bio data.
